水流泵少齿差行星增速器的改进研究

在利用常见少齿差行星传动优点的基础上，提出了限制行星轮自转运动的Ｘ－Ｙ型行星增速传动方案．通过传动分析，说明该方案具有承载能力强，运转平稳，且适于高增速传动的优点，有效地解决了ＢＯＲＤＡ泵（水流泵）增速器部件改进设计的关键问题．

小流域是水土保持综合治理的基本单元,其侵蚀产沙规律则是实施水土保持措施的基本依据。本文综述了小流域侵蚀产沙特点,研究方法及泥沙来源等方面的研究进展,并对小流域侵蚀产沙研究中存在的问题进行了评述     

丹麦及联邦德国小浆果栽培考察报告

本文着重叙述了丹麦、联邦德国小浆果栽培中一些方向性的经验。并联系吉林省的情况提出吸取这些经验的意见。最后建议引进外资及先进技术,开发小浆果创汇产品,引进优良品种,引进栽培机械,建立现代化原料基地。     

Dynamic Development of Aphelenchoides besseyi on Rice Plant by Artificial Inoculation in the Greenhouse

A study was done on the relationship between Aphelenchoides besseyi and the symptoms of small grains and erect panicles. This is an important rice disease in Jiangsu Province, China. A. besseyi was extracted from small grains and erect panicles and cultured artificially, and then inoculated into bud and leaf sheaths of seedlings of two Oryza sativa cultivars, namely Zhendao 2 and Wuyunjing 7 in a greenhouse. The effect on rice growth, in particular the small grains and erect panicles, was revealed by the extent of the disease, seed expansion stages, nematode load, and nematode mortality. In contrast to healthy seedlings, the height, length, and the numbers of spikelets of unhealthy panicles of Zhendao 2 were decreased by 6.7, 16.4, and 13.5%, respectively. Before anthesis, nematodes were attracted to the leaf sheath and apical meristem, nematode load increased by 40%; after anthesis, nematodes occurred in spikelets principally and the number increased by 90.8%. The percentages of infected seeds and nematode load were highest in plump seeds and lowest in empty seeds. Nematode mortality on grain with normal endosperm was lower than seeds with abnormal endosperm. Results indicated that A. besseyi was the pathogen in rice with the symptoms of small grains and erect panicles. Wuyunjing 7 manifests only the small grains and erect panicles symptoms and not the symptoms of leaf white-tip. These symptoms of small grains and erect panicles are new symptom records for the disease caused by A. besseyi on rice.     

中小型超市发展模式的研究

连锁超市已经逐步成为中国商业、零售业的主流,为扩大内需、拉动经济增长做出重大贡献。但其在迅速的发展经营过程中也暴露出很多问题,基于我国的国情和经济水平,今后我国超市发展的注意力不应只注重大型综合超市,更应注重中小型超市的发展。随着社区的涌现,人们生活水平的提高,中小型超市企业迎来新的发展契机。基于SWOT分析方法,对我国的中小型超市企业进行深入的分析,为中小型超市企业的发展提出建设性意见。     

“冰冻”马铃薯即食风味食品的研制

以马铃薯为原料,通过单因素试验得到各因素较优水平,再采用正交试验,以感官品质为评价标准,确定“冰冻”马铃薯即食风味食品的最佳加工工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺为超低温(-40℃)冷冻马铃薯6h,待其解冻后,挤干水分并去皮,放入食盐添加量为1%的调味汁中浸泡30h,大火蒸制30min。试验所得产品风味独特、口感筋道、营养价值高。     

Benefits and risks for Melanesian households from commercialising Canarium indicum

This research note discusses the benefits and risks for Melanesian households arising from attempts to increasingly commercialise Canarium indicum, an edible tree nut indigenous to Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. Qualitative data were generated during workshops and interviews with Canarium industry stakeholders about the impacts associated with a series of interventions designed to encourage further commercialisation of Canarium. The findings are organised according to three dimensions that elucidate the social implications of industry development for local communities: (i) income and growth; (ii) equity; and (iii) voice and choice. Broader distribution of benefits within and between countries, as well as among supply chain actors, requires a stronger policy response at regional (Melanesia) and national scales, equitable gender representation to avoid reinforcing existing inequalities, and delegation of decision‐making power to the appropriate level to facilitate effective community participation and their links with other stakeholders. Thus, it remains to be seen whether Canarium‐related benefits arising from its commercialisation can be sufficiently reliable compared with either other sources of income (e.g. existing employment opportunities for those located near urban areas) or utilising the resource for subsistence purposes.     

基于深度学习的小浆果一体化智能采摘与分选研究进展

小浆果因具有较高的营养价值和保健作用深受人们喜爱,被国际市场誉为第3代水果。随着市场需求量的增加,林业小浆果的智能采摘与分选成为一种新的趋势。目前,由于现有技术自动化和智能化程度不高,导致大量人力、物力的投入。深度学习方法的飞速发展促进了检测技术的精确作业和检测精度的提高。文中概述了深度学习的发展进程,通过总结国内外关于深度学习方法在小浆果采摘与分选中的应用,提出深度学习方法在实际应用过程中存在的问题及解决措施,并展望深度学习方法在小浆果智能采摘与分选检测方面的发展趋势。     

大豆蛋白的小分子酶解产物抗氧化活性研究

以低温冷轧豆粕为原料、大豆分离蛋白为反应底物,进行酶水解反应,酶解产物经离子交换层析,凝胶排阻层析等方法分离,获得了平均分子量为800 D的小分子活性肽(SBP),用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定其抗氧化性。结果表明:此类小分子活性肽对邻苯三酚(PR)自氧化具有较好的抑制作用(1 mg/mL SBP的抑制率为33.3%)。与谷胱甘肽(GSH)进行比较,二者具有相似的抗氧化活性。
